Payment Methods:
 West Coast Motors accepts Visa, MasterCard and Cashier’s Checks. After completing the online checkout form, an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. At shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund. The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise. 

Product Quality Guarantee:
If you experience any problems with the quality of your products, you will need to contact the manufacture. Shipping Options & Charges: We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. We will ship your order within the same business days of your order date, if placed by 2:00 PM Pacific time. In Drop-ship cases, items will ship within 1-2 days. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please call us at 916-722-7223. 

We will email you a tracking number for the shipping of your products to the same email address used in your order form. 

Returns and Exchanges:
West Coast Motors offers a "no hassle" return/exchange policy as part of our goal of 100% customer satisfaction. 

There are however exceptions: 

Defective Product or Wrong Product Shipped: 
If the product you receive is broken, or is not the product you ordered, West Coast Motors will accept it for an exchange as well as pay the return shipping to get the product back to us, and then get the correct or functioning product back to you. 

Product no longer wanted: 
If within 30 days of receipt of the products you purchased from West Coast Motors you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can send the product (in unused, new condition in original packaging) back to West Coast Motors for a an exchange for other merchandise. 

Products that are in new unused condition, older than 30 days from the date of purchase will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Used products cannot be returned. 

We recommend shipping via a reputable shipping company that can provide tracking information and insurance. The customer is responsible for the products until they are received by West Coast Motors, so we recommend you have adequate insurance on your shipment to cover the cost of the products if they are lost or damaged in transit. 

Please note that returns normally take 30 days to process once we receive your return. All returns must be shipped with a copy of the original receipt and the Return Authorization Number attached to the following address:
